El sábado 18 de febrero, la Diócesis de Beaumont celebrará su primera vigilia Diocesana de la Adoración Nocturna en la Basilica Catedral de San Antonio (St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica) en Beaumont. ¡Todos están invitados!
El 7 de febrero comenzarémos ofreciendo un programa de formación para los adultos (mayor de 18 años) que no han recibido el sacramento de Confirmación. Las clases reunirán todos los martes de las 6:30pm a las 8:30pm en la escuela. Celebrarémos el sacramento de la Confirmación como parte de la Gran Vigilia de Pascua.
The Diocese of Beaumont Office of Vocations invites all young men 16-35 who are considering a vocation to the priesthood or religious life to join Bishop Toups and the Diocesan Vocations' Director Fr. Rodel for a "St. Andrew's Dinner" to be held Thursday, January 26, at 6PM at the Holy Family Retreat Center in Beaumont. Any young men from St. Joseph's who are interested can contact Fr. Joseph to register.
On Saturday, November 5, the Diocese of Beaumont will be hosting a summit entitled "Many Faces in God's House: Unity in Community," to discuss ways we can bring our local community together. The keynote speaker for this event is Wilton Cardinal Gregory, the first-ever African-American Cardinal and current Archbishop of Washington, DC.

The Diocese of Beaumont will be hosting a Liturgical Workshop for parish liturgical ministers on Saturday, October 22nd, from 9AM to 3PM at the Holy Family Retreat Center. The keynote speaker is Msgr. James P. Moroney, former Executive Director of the Secretariat for Divine Worship at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. There will be break-out sessions for lectors, eucharistic ministers, hospitality ministers, ushers, etc. Lunch is included. Please RSVP to John Miller at [email protected]. A Spanish-language liturgical training is being planned for next year.
On Sunday, October 16th, St. Joseph's will be hosting a liturgical ministry fair after the 8:45AM Mass at 10AM in Cody Hall for all those interested in signing up to be a communion minister, homebound minister, hospitality minister, lector, usher, sacristan, or member of the altar society. We will also have a short meeting for all current liturgical ministers. El domingo, 16 de octubre, la parroquia de San Jose tendra una feria de ministerios liturgicos para los que quieren ser ministros de comunion, de hospitalidad, lectores, ujieres, sacristanos, o miembro de la sociedad del altar.
